The Fold

  • CLIENT: the fold

  • PROJECT: New Commercial Bathrooms / White Box / HVAC Units / Intumescent Painting / Fireproofing 

For this project, we revamped the space to improve functionality and safety. We built new commercial bathrooms with modern fixtures, stripped the area down to a white box for future customization, and installed new HVAC units for better climate control. We applied intumescent paint to enhance fire protection and carried out fireproofing measures to ensure the space met safety standards.
