For The Millennium Project, we didn’t just renovate spaces, we reimagined the experience of arrival, residence, and movement throughout the building.
Our team orchestrated a full-scale transformation, beginning with a foundational upgrade: all-new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydro systems, and structural framing were installed to ensure long-term performance and comfort.

A stunning first impression begins with bold geometry: black-and-white tile flooring contrasts beautifully against rich textures, custom wall panels, and sculptural lighting. A cascading chandelier draws the eye upward, inject vibrant personality into the design.
Every detail, from the electrostatically painted finishes to the custom metal and millwork elements, was carefully considered to create an atmosphere that is as refined as it is functional.
The Millennium Project was a complete interior transformation, focused on structure, systems, and craftsmanship. From the lobby to the penthouse, every space was reimagined with precision, durability, and modern elegance in mind.
